Ceyhun Cebioğlu

Ceyhun Cebioglu is the Founding Partner of the firm, advising on shipping and commodities disputes with a particular emphasis on London-seated arbitration (LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA) and English law–governed contracts. He acts on charterparty and sale of goods disputes across the supply chain and also assists clients on FIDIC-based contracts and project issues. Before founding Cebioglu, he spent seven years assisting P&I clubs, H&M insurers, shipowners and shipyards, experience that shapes his practical and commercially focused approach. He is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and is dual-qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales). He studied law at Marmara University, holds a master’s degree from Galatasaray University, and is an alumnus of Hüseyin Avni Sözen High School.
