Ayberk Aykul

Ayberk Aykul is an Associate in our shipping team, focusing on litigation, ship sale and purchase transactions, and charterparty disputes. He began his career at a major shipping firm, where he spent two years before joining Cebioglu. Ayberk assists on disputes from initial claim assessment and evidence gathering through to hearings and settlement, with a pragmatic and organised approach to case management. He also drafts and negotiates vessel sale and purchase documentation and advises on charterparty performance and claims. Ayberk is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and works in English. He holds an LLB from Bilkent University and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Bilkent Erzurum Laboratory School.
